Free college planning workshop at Whiting Library

Whiting Library at 117 Main St. in Chester is offering a free workshop on post-secondary school planning with Wendy Hayward at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22. The evening will focus on helping students and families better understand the planning process, the application procedures and interview strategies.

Hayward of Hayward Educational Consulting has been helping high school students and their families navigate the ever-changing and sometimes slippery waters of planning and preparing for college. She lives and works in Chester.
