Fish-Diette Academy presents Snow White ballet

The Fish-Diette Academy of Ballet will be performing a ballet of the classic children’s tale, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at its recital at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 10. This performance will be held at the Green Mountain Union High School auditorium, 716 VT Rt. 103 S in Chester. Admission is $10 for adults; $7 for students and seniors.
Gretchen Langdon will play Snow White and Ashley Austin will take on the role of the jealous queen. Both are Chester residents. Playing the Seven Dwarfs are: Adrienne Derry of Townshend as Doc; Hannah Gustafson of Chester as Sneezy; Elia Lloyd of Charlestown, NH, as Bashful; Bethany
Marsfelder of Londonderry as Happy; Sophia Cardini of Saxtons River as Sleepy, Ashley Dahl of Londonderry as Dopey; and Isis Hastings of Chester as Grumpy.
Debra Kay Fish-Diette, who began dance training at age 4, is the owner and artistic director of the Chester-based Fish-Diette Academy of Ballet and has been teaching classical ballet for over 25 years. Each spring, the school puts on a performance for parents, relatives and the community.
