Start Your Own Business Workshop offered

Vermont Small Business Development Center is offering a workshop on how to start your own business and write a business plan, 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday, March 7 in the 1st floor conference room of the Springfield Regional Development Corp., 14 Clinton Square in Springfield.

The Starting Your Own Business workshop is designed as a step-by-step guide for starting a business in Vermont for the first-time business owner. The course will cover business concepts including market research, registering a new company and writing an effective business plan.

Space is limited. Workshop fee is $99, which includes a workbook.
