Chester Development Review Board agenda for Jan. 13, 2014

The Chester Development Review Board will meeting on Monday, Jan. 13 at Town Hall, 556 Elm St. in Chester.

There will be a site visit at 3:30 p.m. site visit at 786 VT Rte 103 South. The public meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at Town Hall. Below is the agenda.

1. Re-convene the Final Plat Review Sarnes minor sub-division
2. Re-convene VT Foam Conditional Use hearing (which has subsequently been requested to be postponed by the applicant)
3. Re-convene Fuller–Kendall Minor Lot Line Adjustment hearing
4. Conditional Use hearing for Burtco Inc. sand & gravel extraction and crushing with retail sales and removal of material
5. Comments from citizens
6. Review minutes from Dec. 9, 2013 hearing
