Chester Development Review Board agenda for Monday, Nov. 10, 2014

The Chester Development Review Board will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10 at Town Hall, 556 Elm St., for its regular meeting. Prior to the meeting, at 5:30 p.m., it will hold a site visit to 978 Route 11 W. — the old Armory Building. Below is its agenda.
