Local 4-H members excel at Regional Day

Vermont 4-H’ers from six clubs in Windham and Windsor counties participated in Southeast 4-H Regional Day, Saturday, March 28, at Springfield High School.
The annual showcase of talent provided an opportunity for young people, ages 8 to 18, to share what they have learned through University of Vermont Extension 4-H projects through their state presentations, tabletop displays, public speaking, posters and photographs.
The winners in each category will take part in 4-H State Day, on Saturday, May 16 at the Barre Civic Center in Barre. This event will feature talented 4-H’ers from all counties in the state.
Individuals and 4-H clubs selected to represent the Southeast region at State Day include (Members do not have to live in the county of their 4-H Club):
WINDHAM COUNTY
