About the Author:
Is the amendment to the Green Lantern Capital contract something the town, or Green Lantern Capital asked to have added? If it was the town, I trust it’ll be something to improve the value to us, and/or to protect the town from some liability. If it was Green Lantern who wrote and submitted the amendment for consideration, I think it would be wise to look at it very carefully and through a lens of skepticism.
