Chester’s Karl named CPBR Realtor of Year

Crown Point Board of Realtors has named Joe Karl of Chester as the 2015 Realtor of the Year.

Each year the award is given to the local Realtor who has best exemplifies professionalism, integrity, adherence to the code of ethics and the furtherance of good real estate practices among colleagues and the general public, as well as a willingness to serve and better their own community.

The board says that that Karl’s long history of these principles made this an easy choice. Karl has been nominated for the State Realtor of the Year award, which will take place at the Vermont Realtor awards and installation banquet at the Stoweflake Resort in Stowe on Thursday, Oct. 8.

Crown Point Board of Realtors is an organization open to all Realtors in the region and their offices as well as affiliate members. It currently has 80 members.
