Volunteers sought for Peru Fair, reading during Banned Book Week

Organizers of the annual Peru Fair to take place Saturday, Sept. 26 need help before, during and after the fair in managing parking, sign installation, putting up and taking down, moving things, greeting fair-goers and waste removal. Rockingham Library seeks readers of banned books
In celebration of Banned Book Week Sept. 27 through Oct. 3, Rockingham Library is seeking volunteers to read banned and challenged books from 9 a.m. to noon in the front window of the Village Square Bookstore at The Square, Bellows Falls. A comfortable seat and a selection of banned and challenged books will be provided.
