There will be an informational meeting at 6 tonight at Chester Town Hall, 556 Elm St., where town officials will give a presentation and answer questions on the $4 million water project that will be voted on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
SAPA TV will record the meeting and intends to broadcast it live on Comcast Channel 10. The live broadcast depends on the Internet connection on the second floor of Town Hall, which has been spotty in the past. Thus, the only certain way of seeing the meeting live is to attend in person.
Polls will open tomorrow at 9 a.m. and close at 7 p.m, also at Town Hall. Registered voters may cast an early ballot by going to the Town Clerk’s office today – Monday Sept. 28.
