The Chester Development Review Board will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, 2015 at Town Hall, 556 Elm St., for a public hearing. Below is its agenda.

1) Reconvening Conditional Use application from the Southern Pie Co.

3) Review minutes from last meeting
4) Deliberative session to review previous matters
