Christopher Armstrong of Chester was awarded Gold Stars by the Citadel in Charleston, S.C., for earning a grade point ratio of 3.7 or higher during the 2015 fall semester. Students that achieve Gold Star recognition are also placed on The Citadel’s Dean’s List.
Morgan Little of Chester recently joined more than 50 other nursing students who participated in the annual Arnold P. Gold Foundation White Coat Ceremony at Castleton University. It is the custom in nursing education to honor students at the completion of the nursing programs. This ceremony honored the newest among us and recognized that we are passing the torch to them,” said Ellen Ceppetelli, Castleton’s director of Nursing Education.
Ryan Smith of Weston has been named to the Dean’s List at Western New England University in Springfield, Mass., for the fall semester of 2015. Smith is working toward a degree in Sport Management. Students are named to the Dean’s List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.30 or higher.
