6. Approval of $352.31 to be added to EMPG grant money supplied by Town to cover price changes since original proposal in December.
7. Attorney, Richard Saudek on possible proposal between Iberdrola and the Town of Grafton.
8. Amend Motion from May 2, 2016, Agenda item #9 to read “Motion to make public record, correspondence between VLCT and any Select Board member regarding proposed Atlantic Wind Project”. (Original motion read “Motion to make public record any correspondence between VLVT and any Select Board member”)
9. Information from Don Dougall about what the Financial Committee regarding the Atlantic Wind Project was formed to do.
10. Should the Financial Committee, now citizen formed, be sponsored by the Select Board?
11. Should Town have Lawyer representation for the Atlantic Wind Project?
12. Clarification from Robin Stern, Grafton Town of Grafton on “escrow monies” from Iberdrola from Gus Plummer.
13. Clarification of Vermont Law in regard to non-resident voting.
