Chester Select Board holds conflict of interest seminar

The Chester Select Board will hold a special meeting on Thursday  May 19 at 7 p.m. at Town Hall, 556 Elm Street.  The meeting will be a seminar on conflict of interest conducted by Garrett Baxter, an attorney with the Vermont League of Cities and Towns. This is a public meeting. The agenda is below.
