The Vermont State Police in Brattleboro are asking for help in locating the vehicle that left the scene of a parking lot accident in Dummerston.
According to a press release, a beige Honda Pilot was hit while parked in a lot at Route 30 and East West Road near the covered bridge.
The rear door and rear quarter panel on the drivers side were moderately damaged. The owner of the Honda said the incident must have happened on Thursday, June 23 between 2and 3:45 p.m.
Police say that paint transfer suggests that the vehicle that left the scene is red. It may in turn have beige paint on a damaged area. Anyone with information about this incident is urged to call Sgt. Buckley at the Brattleboro barracks at 802-254-2382.
