Whose dog is this?

Chester Police Chief Rick Cloud picked up this dog on Old Stage Road this morning and stopped by to see if we knew who he belongs to. We don’t, but maybe you do. Cloud will continue to ask around the Popple Dungeon area, but the dog will have to go to the Springfield Humane Society later this morning if his owner is not found.
