The Chester Telegraph | Jul 11, 2016 | Comments 0
I encourage you to vote for Tom Bock for Vermont House of Representatives for the Windsor District 3-1, representing the Towns of Chester, Andover, Baltimore and North Springfield.
Tom and his wife, Mariette, raised their family in Chester and know first-hand the rewards and challenges of living in rural Vermont. As both former manager of the Chester branch of Readex Microprint Corp./NewsBank and owner/operator of Vermont Ts, Tom understands the many issues facing Vermont small businesses.
Tom served on the Chester Board of Selectmen for many years and is currently chairman of both the Chester Planning Commission and Southern Windsor Regional Planning Commission. Throughout his long public service career, Tom has gained vast experience in budgeting, capital planning and economic development, so you may rest assured that Tom also understands the needs of local residents.
Among the issues Tom will be pursuing in the 2017 legislative session are affordable health care, education tax stabilization, economic development and unemployment and rural flight reduction in Vermont. Tom has the knowledge, expertise, and experience to articulate your concerns at the State House. Please cast your vote for Tom Bock for state representative and make your voice heard in Montpelier.
