Chester Planning Commission agenda for Sept. 19

The Chester Planning Commission will hold a meeting tonight, at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19 at Town Hall, 556 Elm St. Below is the agenda.
1. Review minutes from the Aug. 15, 2016 meeting
2. Review and vote on revised Reporting Form with respect to the proposed amendments to the Unified Development By-Laws
3. Request from Randy Miles to add Processing Aggregate back in as a conditional use in the R-40 district
4. Request from Mary Jane Miles to discuss two (2) Supplemental Standards added to the R-40 and R-120 districts
5. Request from Sheldon Ghetler and Frances Anderson to include the A3 district in Article 3 General Use Standards, section 29 Storage of Flammable Fluids.
6. Resume discussion on updating the Town Plan
7. Set date for next meeting and date for the Public Hearing on the proposed amendments to the Unified Development By-Laws
