Castleton senior Morgan Hart of Weston is Instagraming her way through Vermont. With a set goal of visiting all 251 towns across the Green Mountain State before she graduates in May, the history major is well under way to accomplishing it.

“I started this goal in August because I love Vermont and I realized there is so much of this beautiful state that I haven’t seen yet,” said Hart, who named her Instagram journey ICUVERMONT.

“I try my best to research each town,” explained Hart. “I try to do the town’s main attraction or a historic site that is there, if the town has neither I look for their town office or a local church.”

With 117 towns under her belt, Glastenbury has been her favorite thus far. Drawn to the abandoned town’s small population, estimated at under a dozen, she had read stories of the location’s haunted nature with several disappearances linked to it.
