Christopher Armstrong of Chester was awarded Gold Stars by The Citadel in Charleston, S.C., for earning a grade point ratio of 3.7 or higher during the 2016 fall semester. Students that achieve Gold Star recognition are also placed on The Citadel’s Dean’s List.

Kara Corlew of Londonderry has been named to the Provost’s List for Southern Vermont College of Bennington for high academic achievement for the fall 2016 semester. The Provost’s List recognizes full-time students who have earned a grade point average of 3.5 or greater during the semester.

Robert Haseltine of Chester has been named to the Dean’s List at Paul Smith’s College, in Paul Smiths, N.Y., for the fall 2016 semester. Haseltine, who is majoring in fisheries and wildlife sciences, earned a semester average of 3.3 or higher to receive this distinction.
