Chester Planning Commission agenda for April 18

Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Chester Planning Commission will be held on Thursday April 18, 2019 beginning at 5 p.m. until adjourned.
The special meeting will convene at the Chester Town Hall, 556 Elm St. and will then embark on a van tour of Chester, after which it will return to the Chester Town Hall and adjourn. The agenda for the special meeting is as follows:
1. Citizen Comments
2. Re-organizational meeting
3. Continue Work Shop on proposed changes to the Unified Development By-Laws with bus tour. The tour will include designated stops at which time the discussion will be open for all to hear and take part in
The Chester Planning Commission will meet from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, at Town Hall, 556 Elm St. Below is its agenda.
