Service for Carol Ballou Smith set for Sept. 10

A graveside service for Carol Ballou Smith, who passed away July 26, 2021, at the age of 94, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 10 at the Brookside Cemetery on Main Street in Chester.

Reverend Heidi Edson will officiate.
