Chester Dems to host Sens. Clarkson, Nitka, McCormack

Windsor County’s three senators, Alison Clarkson, Alice Nitka and Dick McCormack, will be at Chester Town Hall, 556 Elm St., at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 16, to talk about their agenda for the 2022 legislative session in Montpelier.

UPDATE: Also speaking will state Rep. Tom Bock, who represents Chester, Andover, Baltimore and a portion of North Springfield.

The event is hosted by the Chester Democrats. This will be a great opportunity to meet your senators and raise any and all concerns you have on issues important to you. For additional information please call Kathy Pellett a 802-875-1372.

    Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 5 30 pm on the 2d Floor, Chester Town Hall, is our next Town Democratic Committee meeting at which our guest speakers are our Windsor County state Senators, Alice Nitka, Alison Clarkson, and Dick McCormack, and our Chester Representative, Tom Bock. Our state Representative and our state Senators will discuss with us activities of the completed legislative term at the State House and their expectations for legislative activities in the upcoming term commencing in January, 2022.

    In light of the announcement today, November 15, 2021, that Senator Pat Leahy will not run for re-election to the US Senate in 2022, we will have a lively meeting.

    The Town Committee meeting will start promptly at 5 30 pm. All Democrats are welcome. Bring a friend.
