Below is the board’s agenda. Note: Action may be taken on any agenda item.

1) Start recording & call meeting to order
2) Additions/deletions and/or changes to the agenda
3) Public Comment: Limit of 3 minutes/comment. Limited to topics that are not on the agenda. Comments should be directed to the chair and order must be maintained. The Select Board cannot discuss items that are not on this agenda.
4) Executive Session: Motion to enter with time & reason, stop recording, after complete restart recording & note time
A) Under Title 1, Section 313 (3) of the Vermont Statutes – Evaluation of Public Officer or Employee
B) Take actions discussed in executive session (after exiting).
5) New Business
A) Discuss & Approve Meeting House range hood purchase – Kord
6) Discussion/motions to approve pay order and to have Kord sign for the board
7) Adjourn special meeting & stop recording.

Next regular Select  Board Meeting will be held on Monday, Oct. 30 at 5:30 p.m.
