The late Heath Gordon was known for his love of music and art.
he Stage Potatoes will be among three groups playing at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 28 for the benefit of the first Heath Gordon Scholarship fund-raiser at the American Legion Post 67, Route 103 in Chester.
The cover charge is $10 with all proceeds from the event, which includes a raffle and auctions, benefiting the Heath Gordon Scholarship for students seeking music or art college degrees.
Also performing will be the Cheshire Turnpike Band and a trio made up of Scott “Beam” Beamis, John “Slick” Yake and “Fenner” Ball. For information, call 802-875-6001.
