Library on sustainable architecture, landscape design open to public
Press release | Jun 01, 2015 | Comments 0
A small library on sustainable architecture and landscape design — just a short trip from Londonderry, Grafton and Chester — is being opened until mid-September to anyone, free of charge.
Call 802-875-2194 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily for an appointment. The library is located at 578 Hitchcock Hill Road, just off Route 121 in Windham. It is adjacent to A Stone Wall Inn, in the all-purpose gallery of The Fourth Corner Foundation.
This is the beginning of public outreach educational programs developed by the foundation, according to its president, Bob Shannon, who has been working for 45 years to design and build these green alternatives to mid-century modernism.
