Most recently Kellington was a housing/property manager for the Housing Trust of Rutland County.
BRGNS board President Peter LaBelle says that the program administrator also supports the administration of financial and other assistance programs, and will connect with BRGNS’ partners and clients.
BRGNS board Vice President Bob Kottkamp said, “This is a new direction for BRGNS, but with the increase in aid that we’ve been called on to supply in the last few years we felt that it is time to expand the staff.”
