Ludlow to host Act 46 public informational forum Jan. 26, 2016

The Ludlow Elementary and U39 School Boards will host an informational forum regarding Act 46 at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26 at Ludlow Town Hall Auditorium, 37 Depot St.

The Act 46 legislation – which aims to improve educational opportunities, while reducing costs – has the potential to significantly impact the future of education for students in Ludlow, as well as across the Two Rivers Supervisory Union and the state of Vermont.

Last month, Mount Holly held a similar forum; other towns in the TRSU will hold forums this year as well. All Ludlow community members are encouraged to attend.
