RVTC student hosts WOOL radio program

Rachel Spigel, a senior at Green Mountain Union High School and a River Valley Technical Center Audio Video Production student, is now broadcasting on- air at 91.5 WOOL-FM in Bellows Falls.
Her show, More than Music, features a variety of music genres blended with a bit of history. The show airs from noon to 2 p.m. on Fridays. Spigel’s work is part of a co-op experience between RVTC and Black Sheep Radio. She intends to study art in college.
The Audio Video Production program is one of 13 offered at the tech center. RVTC is open to students in grades 9-12 from Bellows Falls Union, Black River, Green Mountain Union and Fall Mountain Regional high schools as well as home school and private school students.
