Chester Rotary raises $9,000 for college scholarships

With a large silent auction and Master of Ceremonies Townsend Gilbert at the microphone for the live version and raffles the Chester Rotary Club raised $9,000 for the Ladd Scholarship Fund to help local students with college expenses.  The event filled the first floor of the Fullerton Inn on Saturday night.
